Mini Egg Bagels

Our Mini Egg Bagels are made with the same ingredients as our traditional water bagels only that we add eggs and sugar and are half the size. We have been told our Mini Egg Bagels have the same taste as challah bread. Because of the large amount of eggs used, these bagels are much more lighter and fluffier than our regular water bagels.

 

These bagels are made with eggs and sugar. They are a little more fattening than the traditional bagel. They also have been associated with a taste of challah bread.
