Mini Egg Bagels

Our Mini Egg Bagels are made with the same ingredients as our traditional mini water bagels only that we add eggs and sugar. We have been told our Mini Egg Bagels have the same taste as challah bread. Because of the large amount of eggs used, these bagels are much more lighter and fluffier than our regular water bagels.
