All orders include a handling fee,
security surcharge, fuel surcharge, residential or commercial delivery
fee per address as imposed by shipping carriers. These fees are included
in the total shipping cost.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Express
Service or UPS unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Orders placed
between May 15 and September 30 will ONLY be shipped via Overnight Service.
Orders shipped between October 1 and May 14 have the option of Second
Day Service or Overnight Service or Ground Service to certain areas (Expect
delivery within 2 business days with the option of Ground Delivery).
Please note we only ship on Mondays,
Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays. Orders placed after 2:00 am Eastern Time
will be shipped the next shipping day. All orders are guaranteed. Exceptions
to this are delays due to inclement weather, natural/man-made disasters
or orders held for security reasons. |

Freezing: Slice the Bialys or Bagels
in half, and place in a plastic bag. Whenever you desire to eat any,
simply remove from the freezer and place directly into the toaster or
oven.
Storing: When storing bialys and/or bagels,
make sure they are cooled before putting them in a plastic bag, or they
will sweat and become soggy and mold very quickly.
Rejuvenating: If your
bialys and/or bagels are several days old and were not frozen at the
time of purchase, simply slice them in half, sprinkle a few drops of
water on them, and pop them into the toaster or heat in the oven for
several minutes.
A Tasty Treat: Try using our Cinnamon Raisin
Bialy or Bagel as French toast. Simply slice, dip in an egg batter (or
egg substitute) and place in a hot skillet or pan (a low fat cooking
spray may be used on the skillet). |

What are the prices?
We charge the same for online ordering as we do with out retail customers. We
do not inflate the price just because it is being shipped out.
What about shipping charges?
Shipping charges are as scheduled by FedEx or UPS.
Are their any other fees?
Yes, included in the shipping costs are handling fees, fuel and security
surcharges as well as residential and/or commercial surcharges per
address.
How are your Bialys and Bagels packed?
We pack our products the same way we would like to get them if they were
shipped to us. They pack them 6 pieces to a plastic bag and then repack
into another plastic bag to ensure freshness.

We do ship wholesale. This is subject to proof of business and volume
