Bialys

Our Bialys have been made the same way since 1920. Using 100% hi-gluten flour, water, salt and yeast...these products cannot be beat. Given such names as "Jewish Sole Food", "Jewish Heroine" they can be addicting.

 

For years we made only one type of bialy, but in the late 1950's we came up with a garlic flavor. With changing times and a call to ease that sweet tooth, in the late 1990's we came up with a Cinnamon Raisin Bialy. These have plump California Raisins, Cinnamon and Sugar and the center is topped with a raisin, cinnamon and sugar filling. Kep in mind...these are NOT Sugar-Free but boy do they taste great.

 

Our Onion and Garlic bialys are Fat-Free, Sugar-Free, have NO Cholesterol, NO additives or Preservatives.
