Bialy Rolls

We take bialy dough and do not put the indentation in the middle of it. Instead, we flatten it out and add onions and more onions to it. It is bigger than a regular size bialy, and is pufed up higher in the center. It looks like an onion kaiser roll but tastes a whole lot better.

 

Great for sandwiches!
